1.What is the weight limit for each vest?

The weight limit in each vest varies depending on the model/style of the vest. Please read the product full description to see how much weight is included and the max weight capacity. 

2.Does all the vest comes with a warranty?

Yes, all our vest comes with a one year manufacture warranty. Although the MIR models comes with an extended life time service warranty. Covering damages and tears for the lifetime of each user. 

3. Where is my package?

Please check your tracking number, it will state where you package is and if it has been delivered. We normally use UPS and USPS. Tracking numbers starting with lz will be UPS.com and tracking numbers starting with 9 or 4 will be USPS.com

4.Tracking updates.

If the tracking number shows a notice has been left, only the receiver which is you can schedule a delivery. You will need to contact your local post office or local UPS processing plant to schedule a redeliver to be either picked up at the station or have them redeliver the package on a day that you are able to sign for it. 

5.Signature confirmation.

For all addresses that contains a APT#, STE#, OR UNIT# per company policy there will be signature confirmation needed. We can remove the signature confirm but only upon your request. (NOTE: If signature confirmation is waived and item is delivered you will not be able to open a lost or stolen package claim if the item is not there, we highly advise to sign for the package to make sure you receive the item you've paid for.)

6.Is there free shipping?

Yes, all our items comes with free shipping. Note that shipping time may vary depending on peak times. This may delay shipments 1-3 business days . If you need an item within a certain time frame please plan ahead. Package usually arrives 3-5 business days after initial payment has cleared and item have left our warehouse. 

7.Bonus Items?

We sometimes offer free/bonus item as a weekly sale to promote our product with any weighted vest purchase. Please check in on a weekly basis to see our new sales. 

8.Shipping Inquiries.

If your tracking number isn't working please give it 24-48 hours to update. Our packages are heavy and USPS takes a little longer to process them at the local plant. Please contact us if it has been past 4 business days and nothing shows up. 

9.Received a damaged or incorrect item?

If you received a damaged or incorrect item please send us an email with a photo of the item received with the order number. One of our customer service rep. will make sure the correct item or replacement can be sent out right away for you. If you're vest have empty pockets please check the listing to see if your vest can carry more weights than the weight you purchased it with.

10.What credit card can I use?

11.How do I return my package?

You need to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by a representative. RMA# must accompany all returned items, either for refund or for repair. A RMA number is valid for 10 days from the date of issuance. Warranty is void if any item has its serial number or warranty sticker removed. Warranty is void if any item has physical damage. All returns must be in original and resell condition. Shipping is non-refundable.

12.What happen if I haven't received my package?

After ten days, please notify our representatives, we will find out what the status of your package and make sure your package get to you as soon as possible.
