All return needs a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by must accompany all returned items, either for refund or for repair. A RMA number is valid for 10 days from the date of issuance. Warranty is void if any item has its serial number or warranty sticker removed. Warranty is void if any item has physical damage.
