Return and Exchange Policy
  • MiR products are covered a 15 day money back guarantee excluding shipping and a 30 day exchange policy excluding shipping.

  • Note: All returns are subject to a 15-20 percent restocking fee, items that was on sale or had free shipping will automatically fall under this category.

  • MiR products returned must be in NEW and Unused condition.

  • All returns/replacements require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

  • MiR weighted vests carry one year warranty on manufacturer defects. The warranty applies to normal use; not physical damages caused by improper use.

  • MiR products under warranty will be replaced under the above requirements.

  • When returning the products, they should be shipped without the weights.


All vest has a life time service warranty, upon receiving, if there is no defects, it will be under our MIR lifetime service warranty. Physical damage that results from, improper use is not covered by the lifetime warranty. If item is defective upon receiving, we will replace it automatically. Just send the vest back and we will replace it. Conditions and restrictions of the product warranty include but are not limited to the following;

  • Free replacement or repair on receiving defective vest.

  • Replacement or repair service after one year will require RMA number given by customer service.

  • Lifetime warranty conditions, send us the vest without weights with postage prepaid. Please provide date of purchase and order number.

  • Please allow 10-20 business days for inspection & procedures for replacement, repair or RMA service. Allow 15-30 days for RMA refund after inspection.

  • Shipping fees are not included in the above warranty conditions. Please call a customer service representative for a RMA number.
